At 1100 hours, Wednesday, October 6, 2021, Department apparatus in all
Firehouses and EMS Stations shall be pulled onto the apron of
quarters. The Dispatcher in charge of Central Office in all boroughs
shall have announcement made on Voice Alarm, "The time is 1100 hours,
marking the beginning of Annual Memorial Service." All Officers and
members in quarters shall stand at attention for one minute in memory
of their deceased comrades, except when an alarm is received to which
they are assigned to respond.
