just as a reminder - SWNH used to have a repeater on 154.43 for units
in the Peterborough area
the input was apparently 153.77
that repeater was turned off maybe in 1982 or 1992 - somewhere around then
back in those days - the station siren tones would go out - then 2
seconds later you could hear 5 seconds of the siren sounding -
apparently they had a set up in every fire station that would kick
open a live mike after the siren tones were received
