federal wildfire mobilization plans usually mention draw down levels
not sure if local FDs have any sort of draw down levels or if it is all adhoc
in the greater boston area FDs typically will not send more than 1/3
of their onduty units out of town - which could tell you that all
agencies are 33% overstaffed - shhhhsshhhhh dont tell anyone - just
lie by omission - its really a wonderful thing
