no mention whatsoever of "reasonable accommodations" (alterations made
for disabled tenants - probably 90% of tenants are disabled)

how much is the generic ADMIN COSTS budget item? $135K? whats that all about?
fire pump at winslow towers (14 story highrise) - how long has that
been in the budget - 10 or 20 years? wtf?
$1 million for gas and electric? looks like electric is 10 times more
expensive than gas
how much do they spend on snow plowing and pickup trucks and plows and
sanders and tractors and backhoes? do they really need ANY of that?
