the cops had the right idea at the beginning - they knew he was gonna
run - they needed to flatten those tires before he got in the car
the whole chase was extremely dangerous and uncalled for
think about this - apparently 13 days had passed since the first
incident - and somehow he had not destroyed the car in those 13 days
by plowing into a school bus full of kids at 60 MPH
but cops love the drama of chases
note - 20 white cops - 1 black bad boy
