why did it take 2 minutes to dispatch the call?
why did it take 5 to 10 minutes to add the last eng and ladder to the
call after it was requester?
was the response time 6 minutes or 4 minutes - seems to be different
numbers in different places in the report
iirc the dispatcher sounded irritated when she first dispatched the
call because the callers were screaming at her - just like that
highrise fire in london that killed 89 - that was a female dispatcher
