seems like the "D4 Detail" units (at the Esplanade) used low power
channels - but the dispatcher to "mobile command post" comms were on
483.2125R
just heard 2 messages - dispatcher told MCP that the heart attack
victim from the Hatch Shell was already at the hospital - and D4
Command told the dispatcher that the D4 detail had been terminated and
all units were being released
possibly bfd did onscene comms on 700 mhz - or maybe they used some of
the special UHF channels
