shooter is a male

was dressed all in black

suspect left via Hope St side of blding

no one in custody yet

405 pm - fd first dispatched

total of 10 victims - includes 2 dead

8 critical but stable in the hospital - 2 deceased

every pumper and ladder in Providence has an advanced EMT onboard
24/7/365 - that probably paid off big time today

nothing new

multi videos of perp released - dont show much new

he can run or march double time

his hips and shoulders seem to sway when he walks - not sure if that
is common in men or not

perp apparently spent 5 hours in the neighborhood before the shooting
- but no one called the cops on him - maybe he was in and out of the
neighborhood

supposedly no video from inside the school bld that shows him or shows
him shooting

we suspect that cops cued in on him because he was the only one
fleeing the scene without looking back - and he matched the general
description of the shooter given to police at the scene
