telephone call for 'smoke in bld' ... then call from apt 305 ... woman
reported she was stuck on her balcony ... (fire was on stove in 305
maybe]
6 minutes elapsed between first beep on radio and first fire unit was
on 3rd floor ... per what I heard on tape
