1. there are no national standards - which is obvious - or if there is
a standard, its a pretty weak standard and fall river is missing it by
a mile
2. more staff would have saved more lives - we are not real sure of
that - maybe it would have just meant 8 more people standing outside
3. new bedford has 4 man crews but fewer crews - well ya - thats how math works
