no one in the comments knows anything about radios - especially the posers

this is how the radio system should be set up - officer clamps down on
xmit button - radio gives bonk and then goes automatically into
emergency mode if he is still clamped down on the xmit button - the
system needs to bump him to a clear pathway / talkgroup and
immediately patch him back into the main TG

this is a glaring example of very poor radio system setup - we saw the
same thing on a LAPD video about 6 months ago

in this doral florida video - the dispatcher can be heard talking -
but nothing says the dispatcher was actually blocking his messages -
and nothing says the dispatcher was not hearing him - but maybe all
the dispatcher could hear was the blaring sirens - which is also
addressed in the comments

its very possible he was getting bonked because 20 other people were
trying to talk at the same time - but theoretically if you have a 21
channel trs - then it should not be a problem if the system is
designed right - which none of them are apparently
