first tweet from mass state police came 1 hour after the crash

1120 am - state truck 61 enroute
1134 am - state truck 72 enroute
1220 pm - state truck 62 at scene
1234 pm - state truck 72 at scene
1253 pm - state rehab 7 at scene
1258 pm - state truck 72 at scene again
1338 pm - request for 10 techs from District 2
gonna assume that truck 61 was first to respond and that they arrived
before truck 62 - so maybe truck 61 arrived around noon - the info is
probably on some tape somewhere - so it seems it took 2 hours for
first state hazmat truck to arrive
