its a matter of collective bargaining rights says the unions
FD got the right to do either vaccines or testing ... that was a
change in working conditions I guess ... what did they gain or lose
from the city in exchange for that agreement?
did they gain the right to refuse the vaccine in exchange for the
right to take the vaccine?
