can staging areas and treatment areas be set up at entry points and at
terminals ?

terminals and nbearby neighborhoods are probably full of EMTs and
nurses and doctors - if they cannot enter the airport security area -
then set up a filed hospital in the terminal on the public side of the
terminals - and on the public side of the entry points at the airport

run shuttles of ambulances from the crash site to the treatment areas
/ staging areas - and run shuttles from the treatment areas to the
hospitals

or have every ambu;ance leaving the crash scene stop at the airport
boundary and pickup an emt or RN or MD as a extra set of hands
