police response time was 2 minutes per comment
tape is real time - dead air was not taken out
note - sounds like more than 1 channel is being scanned
at least 1 message was broken up
description just given once
IC and CP location just given once
probably need SOP that says when a big call is in progress, lesser
traffic needs to move to Channel X immediately - everyone needs that
SOP
the radio system probably has ruthless bonking - meaning that - if
someone keys up when someone else is talking, they will get a bonk -
therefore - no doubles are heard on this tape - just a faint echo from
dispatcher at times (as if she moved to a HT or something)
everyone needs good maps - probably every bld needs a predetermined Side A
openness - live scanner audio - broadcastify
