What actually happens when the siren wails 3 times? I once looked
beyond the agricultural and forestry horizon and was allowed to be
there with the camera during a training operation by the
Jelmstorf-Seedorf volunteer fire brigade, Bad Bevensen municipality,
Uelzen district. The local fire brigade consists mainly of volunteers.
The individual locations of a municipal fire brigade (city or
municipality) are referred to as local fire brigades.

all of these volunteers have their turnout gear at home - one person
had blue turnouts and orange turnouts at home also - maybe blue is
civil defense and orange is ambulance

they all have pagers also
