video of vehicle on fire on ramp - 1 person died - motorcycle cop
there - hydrant there and standpipe sign and exit sign
obviously - motorcycle cops dont have super fire extinguishers that
can put out all of that fire in 1 second
obviously - very difficult to survive a 40 foot fall onto the roof
obviously - there are no sprinklers or fire extinguishers built into the roadway
