1 hour video from tv station - shows rescue then info from PIOs at end
7 hour rescue operation - plane in power lines - 2 hospitals were on
limited capacity status due to countywide power outage - victims went
to trauma centers with ortho injuries and hypothermia - AUI crew and
PEPCO assisted 2 rescue agencies - the 2 rescue agencies do train
together - pilot called 911 on cell - FD relayed messages via
dispatcher to cell and then transitioned to direct phone calls - then
went to 30 minute schedule of calls to conserve battery power in
cellphone
