let me just add -
mobile transmit freq = repeater input freq
repeater output freq = mobile receive freq
or
the freq that the mobile transmit on i the same as the frequency that
the repeater listen on
its a right hand / left hand / mirror image kinda thing
and its easy to confuse things with all the different jargon that is used
