there were 2 smoke detectors in the bunkroom - so I cant imagine how
this fire happened - unless - the fire started on the middle deck with
the salon and galley - yup that must be it - the crew was sleeping
above the galley / salon - the divers were sleeping below it -
probably at some point the fire burnt thru the galley floor and
dropped onto the heads of the divers - if there were no smoke
detectors above the fire then they would never activate
