person - iirc they tested on 155.82 evryday or every night - maybe 9
am or 6 pm or both

maybe a yellow pickup truck with a skid mounted dry chemical unit or a
skid mounted foam unit maybe

maybe it was EZ9 - that sounds more correct

like a picture that I took - it is with other pictures that I took in
