near the end they explain spreading codes and such - cool
this is basically the same as public safety radio communications -
except that cellphones use more advanced modulation techniques -
cellphones can jam 16 simultaneous messages thru 1 radio channel -
whereas public safety can only do 1 to 4 iirc (at this time)
