they rallied 14 OR teams after the Brown shooting
guessing that there are 2 other hospitals in Providence - but neither
is a trauma center - so all patients go to RI Hosp
the thing is - those 2 other hospitals probably have EDs with 1 MD and
at least 2 RNs each - and when push comes to shove - those ED docs
could function as backup trauma surgeons of sorts - because there aint
anyone else that is gonna be using a scalpel
