Campus PD website says that most cops are EMTs - but no mention of a
BU Ambulance

The BU Amb dropped off the Mass OEMS list of licensed ambulance
services sometime between Dec 2010 and June 2014 - can anyone narrow
that down a bit?

this seems to be the only photo of the NUPD ambulance that Google can
find - but good info there - they had an ambulette before the
vanbulance it seems - 1980s photo

Here's a Throwback Thursday #TBT pic of NUPD Police/EMTs assisting w/ a medical call for service & an apparent transport to a local ER in what was then our ambulance (Veh. 5). We no longer have our own ambulance but many of our ofc.s are certified EMTs. Appropriate as this is #NationalEMSWeek!

Tom Walsh #67 at the back Tom Cote (RIP) Sgt.Chris Wellington and it looks like a Sergeant inside maybe Brad Glew ? Tom Walsh was the true guardian of Car #5. Prior to Car #5 we used the Chevy Suburban ambulettes, we would have to have a elongated ETA and permission from DHH before we could transport using the Suburbans.
