somehow brewster ambulance service provides 5 als ambulances to
framingham mass 24/7 - for free
maybe its not really 5 als ambs 24/7 - but still - if its only 3 als
ambs 24/7 - how can they do it for free? do insurers pay 10X more in
MA vs TN? framingham is not a rich city
