why did the guy rent the storage space in salem nh?

to hold hostages? to collect ransom? to hide out? to store bodies under ice?

was it boxer mike foreman that said that everyone has a plan until
they take the first shot to the face - to all the master criminals out
there - you need to really watch out for random BS - it will trip you

lets talk about motive - did the shooter have a grudge from 2001 for
being fired from the Portugal school? did the shooter have a bad
experience at Brown in 2001?

Providence PD dispatcher initially sent 2 ambulances - but it turns
out that 40 shots were fired and 20 people were hit - apparently none
of the 911 calltakers asked for the number of shots fired nor the race
hieght clothing of the shooter

iirc RI has that screwy 911 system where all calls go into 1 PSAP and
then are forwarded to the local police and fire units - maybe that was
a big problem also
