draft proposals are online - apparently - we have not clicked the
links - cant swear that they work
they need a standard that says THOU SHALT NOT HAVE A SHITTY RADIO
SYSTEM - that would put 90% of them out of business - afaik to this
date the FCC has not dedicated a SINGLE radio channel for medevacs
