you can blame all of this on starlink - they probably use cellphones
also - they might have access to some multi state trs also - but not a
governmental multi state trs - because that dont exist and no one in
the scanner community has reported hearing them afaik
apparently MeineHealth Memorial Hospital is actually in North Conway NH
so this is a bistatal operation
