again - why didnt lafd put out the fire in 10 minutes

they put out the fire 20 minutes before with 500 gallons of water

1. when winds high - aircraft cant fly
2. when winds high - FD cannot do back burns
3. why doesnt every fire station in los angeles county have a 3000
gallon pumper / tanker with a huge water cannon? - we need to see a
map of the dirt roads that can handle TY1 engines vs TY3 vs TY6 - this
didnt really apply to the Palisades Fire nor the Eaton Fire - well
maybe a little to the Eaton Fire because it was partially on USFS land
- have any of the fire roads in the Pasadena area been graded in the
last 10 years?
