dont see any obvious answers here - the 'big' streets in bedford are
all 2 lane - and packed with traffic probably during rush hours - but
they might be 30 mph to 45 mph roads at night - unknown if they have
an Opticom system or not - but they dont have too many traffic lights
in town - maybe fewer than 10
