anticipated delivery times are much too ambitious / optimistic

can see right now that they cannot make 2 stops and deliver to my
location in 5 minutes (which is the start of their newly updated
delivery window) - we can see their location on a map display that
updates every minute

lets say this another way - the one hour delivery window that they
show right now is approx 20 minutes too optimistic

whatever system they are using - it would be a disaster for 911
service - because if they are trying to tell me that they MIGHT be
here in 5 minutes but they are really 20 minutes away at the least -
then Houston we got a problem

legally - they do show a one hour time span as the delivery window -
but it is 50% BS

and thats the way it is

lol - as I typed this they changed the delivery window start time from
1015 to 1020

so we know that the computer is watching the avl as the avl is
watching the vehicle as the driver is watching the road

we need body cams on these guys so we can ride along with them

another way to put this - the system is LYING to us in real time - no
way they can get to my location from Reading in 5 minutes - unless
they use an Iranian ICBM
