fairfax county went ot a cardiac arrest call today at 807 am ET
heard via openmhz
807 am - fd computerized voice dispatch - engine plus medic plus ems
unit to caridac arrest on memorial drive.st/ave whatever
2 minutes later - 1 or 2 cops were sent - 809 am
is the pd cad and the fd cad connected by carrier pigeon or smoke signals ?
do you know where faifax county is ? thats were all the rich generals live
oh my
2 minute delay cuts odds of survival by 20% - doing cpr on wrong side
cuts survival by maybe 50% - so that poor victim is 70% dead - and he
has no clue
no percentages were harmed in the composition of this Email
