this is a symptom of a country rife with psyche drugs and guns - a
country that is coming apart at the seams

and its probably a big driver of encryption

cop uses n word on radio - fbi or media hears it - city gets sued

with encryption - fbi hears nothing - or do they?

openness - live scanner audio

thinking out loud - is police work more dangerous nowadays? - murders
are down - crime is down - cops have less combat experience maybe -
more people have cellphones and cameras (but you dont need cellphones
to set up an ambush) - doxxing is a new danger - filthy rich are
filthier - life expectancy is going down for everyone - suicides are
up for everyone - I suspect that the deaths of 5 cops in Dallas or
Fort Worth in 1 incident has put a big chill on the cops - even though
LODDs have not changed much - even though the Republicans totally
controlled government for 2 years - maybe that is the heart of the
problem - maybe the cops think that the Republicans screwed them
royally over the past 2 years (no big raises - no harsher jail times -
no new powers - no expansion of police forces - no new medals - rich
got richer - etc)

note - many of the bigot 'cops' on social media might be Russians - or
Archie Bunker on roids
