you can go to the verification page and download a current list of
ambulance sites - plus clinics - etc

just go here - https://checkahealthlicense.mass.gov/ - and for type -
chose - ambulance service controlled substance registration - you can
download the info as a csv file or an excel file

this might only cover als level ambulances - but iirc it also includes
bls level services - not sure why - unless narcan or glucose has to be
registered
