most comments think that the column was hit by construction workers
because there is no rust on the rebar
but - why were they replacing the floor? was there underlying problems
that set that column up for quick failure?
'fire departments' maybe should be renamed as 'Emergency Do It All Responders'
200 on tape - trt took 2 hours to respond to champlain collapse in 2021
0843 on tape - champlain towers was built incorrectly and designed incorrectly
