Cambridge Mass - FD radio procedure
after dispatch to EMS calls - units remain on Channel 1 - upon arrival
at the scene of the EMS incident, the assigned units switch to Channel
5 (the EMS channel)
units probably remain on Channel 5 till they go available (either from
the scene or from the hospital)
