EDACS provoice pro voice trs 800 mhz
this is a government agency - it is supported by fares and property taxes
they do NOT use the state TRS at all apparently - unknown why
they do not use First Net either apparently - unknown why - maybe
First Net does not really exist - especially not in the subway tunnels
- but cellphones do work in the subways afaik
