you cant go to the amazon prime website now and contact a human with a
question apparently
in the past you could - maybe 1 year ago
there might be a chat option - but it seems to be nonfunctional
there is a phone option also - but good luck finding it
they have no probem sucking money out of your bank account at the
speed of light however
