2 gangs of kids were fighting - 1 pulled out a gun and started
shooting - apparently he hit one of his buddies also
nearby LTC civilian took out the shooter
offduty cop was nearby also
we dont understand why there was so much confusion afterwards - seems
like the offduty cop and the LTC should have called 911 immediately
and told them what had happened and who was outstanding - would have
made the situation a million times more manageable
of course nothing says that this police statement is anywhere near the truth
