updates on westford mass radio ops

ems calls ARE dispatched on both the police channel and the fire
channel at the same time by the same dispatcher using the same words -
(confirmed via openmhz,com) - one might say that the call is simulcast
on 2 channels at once - ie they hit 2 transmit buttons at the same
time on the console or they hit a simulselect button or some such
thing

fd did portable radio test at 8 am on sunday but not at 8 am on saturday ????

sunday test did not have any chiefs / cars - and did not have Westford 7

the fd tone sets are 1 second followed by 4 second tones

possibly on their recent 2nd alarm they forgot to send the pager tone
sets via fd channel 1

KCF315 is the callsign given on the fd radio test - which is the same
callsign from 33.66 back in days of old
