have seen about 10 of these parked in the rural villages

now it makes sense - all the buildings are masonry with large windows
- this little truck could show up and blast 100 gallons of water thru
a window - and the fire would go out

but they might have trouble handling a school fire - but schools are
rare in the rural villages

they might be able to handle bus and motor home fires also

they dont seem to have any mobile homes to worry about

larger fire trucks cant fit down the rural side streets anyhow

3 and 4 story masonry apt blds are common in these remote rural
villages - but 1 of these trucks might be able to handle a room and
contents fire - with no scba
