mutual aid agreement is upgraded to an automatic mutual aid agreement
federal FD not onboard yet
there might be more FDs in that county - not sure - but county FD has
approx 7 stations - and El Centro FD and Imperial City FD might have 3
stations each
AMR is also in on the deal
Imperial County is desert land between San Diego County and Mexico and Arizona
