Response - Fire.pdf
under 4 minutes went from 80% to 60%
translation - rough calculation - average response times went from 2.5
minutes to 4 minutes
(note - in Malaysia - in their cities they have average response times
of 10 to 12 minutes)
(note - in NYC - their average response time to life threatening
emergencies is 10 minutes - plus maybe 4 minutes to ride elevator)
(note - Boston and Malaysia response times probably do not include
elevator times also)
