Update on Obama care - on Fresh Air from NPR - Thursday Oct 8 2020 -

not much real policy movement seen to lower (medicine) costs
possible $200 cards / vouchers for seniors - will be challenged in court
overall - nothing much has changed - obamacare is still in effect
