dont know what the law is in Japan
but in Massachusetts iirc the driver has to stop if the pedestrian is
in crosswalk and within ?6? feet of car
in this video it could be nearly impossible for this driver to see
those kids on that sidewalk - depending on what vehicles are in the
other lane
