My latest versions of the Dec and Jan scrimmage schedules. Note that we
have some Preston County teams signed up for Jan already. For the Dec
one, the teams in bold have sent in all their info. Note, only one team
has requested any judging so far. Tomorrow night we need to settle on as
many volunteers as possible for Dec 11th.

I've imported 18 teams from the program into FLLtournament. Team 15 has the same person listed as Nuclear Moon Cows, so I don't have any info to work from there. 10 students have registered in FLLtournament, and I have given them all table scoring access.

Todd Ensign will be there for setup and during the event with a sound system.

I got confirmation from Pawan Jain's team. I've deleted the Flanagan team, was the the right one to delete?, and the MLA teams and the Parkersburg team.  Please send if all/any of the Bridgeport teams want to present. I have attached the latest schedule.

Sorry, I responded to Ryan earlier, but apparently failed to reply to everyone.

 

In response to Ryan’s email, Team 15 is the Nuclear Moon Cows.  That team was accidentally listed twice, so team 15 can be removed.  Also, we have not received any responses from the MLA teams or the Pawan Jain Team regarding their attendance at the scrimmage.  We are planning on reaching out to them again this week, but at this point I think we probably want to just remove them from the roster.

 

Additionally, as far as the project presentations go, Nuclear Moon Cows has told me that they may be ready to present something to the judges.  Also, the Bridgeport teams seemed to be pretty far along with their projects during our mentoring sessions, so those teams may also be ready to present something on Saturday.
