Hello Thomas,

Thank you for your concern.  I sent my banking coordinates to Harold on October 30th to receive a bank wire as per Harold's request.  I still have not heard anything from Harold nor has anything shown on in my bank account.  I will be sure to give an update if I hear anything.

I truly am grateful for having found this forum.

I'm just trying to get a timeline on when I should give up waiting.  I don't want to be accused of harassing his loved ones over it.  I could talk to his neighbours about what I have endured all these years instead, but it would just be better if he gave me back my principle for goodness sake and stop with all the delays!

Chris Understand your frustration ... forever now we have been told if we dont like it here and want out we are threatened with , will send your deposit back  , and cancel you out , just ask ... and you are only asking for your small deposit of $1k and its well over 12 months ! ...there should not be any excuses ....you should have got it within a few days ..   i dont see any hope for the remaining members to get theirs back to soon , even though every year we are promised we will ....just like this year was also promised  ,but  it wont eventuate ... and we go into another year ... good luck Chris will follow your endeavour closely ...

Harold Sides will never return a dime to anyone ! He is a scam artist and a lier ! He has promised me over 50 times and comes up with excuses after excuses. Someone close to him said he is not even sick - it's just another excuse he uses at the end of every year. He belongs in Jail !

Thank you Stephen for your words.  It is true that we have had that threat over our heads all these years.  The threat to accept the delays and keep our mouths shut or we would be cancelled without being able to enjoy the rewards of our patience.  If you will notice, I don't even think I made a post over the twenty some years.  I only wrote admin when we had to get forms certified at a law firm or a change of my contact information.  On a side note- My phone has been disconnected since sending in the request for deposit refund form but I have added a contact number on my bank draft coordinates.

Now that I have to accept only my initial deposit, for personal reasons, it would appear it was a farce all along.  Those who wanted out earlier in the game got paid out by Harold allowing new members into the group so Peter ended up paying Paul and there was no money out of the Harold's/group's pocket.  There were other times that Harold brought in money by allowing a limited time for new money to come in.  Even recently there was an opportunity to give your foreign currency to Harold.  The only person I recall ever possibly getting their deposit paid back was when Katrina hit and apparently Harold had compassion for them and gave money back.

I hate to be the sacrificial lamb, but I ask all members not to give Harold an easy way out by saying they will front the money so they can have my membership amount without at least posting in the group, so the group can see where my payout came from.

I truly had hoped years ago that we could have all gathered together on the cruise that was spoken about.  Santa never came all those years promised.

Hi Brett,

I cannot comment on his lack of character and motives, but what i can say is.  There is a person who has travelled from Vancouver Island in the Pacific Ocean to Harold's door step to collect a meager $1000 US dollars.  This person has not made any threats or comments that could get him arrested.  He has only requested a refund.  Harold does not know how stable this person is mentally and yet he has refused to give him back his deposit.

ive been told that the only way to have Harold pay up is to get the FBI involved. So what do we do from here?  Out of 1400 +

 members there should be someone who can follow up in the legal way to move along.

I totally agree with you that scammer Harold is not sick, that's just his excuse to delay returning our money. Harold has been earning a income every month off our money all these years...well it's the end game for me it he doesn't pay up very soon i will do everything in my power to make sure he spends the rest of his pathetic life behind bars

On June the 10 th this was posted " We are in the process of returning deposits  as we posted " i wonder how many got their deposit back ??  let me guess none ....  and  on the same date , which is close to 6 months  ago now ......this was posted "   no one is obligated to keep hanging on.  If you have had enough and just want your deposit refunded we offer for the asking the proper refund form for you membership to be cancelled." ....Chris has been asking for over 12 months .for his deposit return ..!!  ... so all those statements posted in June are False ... as are most of the posts over the years ....
