Harold died unexpectedly on Monday, August 25 at 2:12 a.m. in the CVICU at Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery. His family is devastated.
Cremation was handled by Alabama Funeral Home in Opelika, AL. They will publish an obituary soon, and will send me a digital copy of the birth certificate that I can share. I don't know how to inform everyone at the same time.
I do not know anything about his business affairs, but his associates called with condolences and assured me they are aware and plan to fulfill all of his obligations in time.
Harold had a heart of gold and wanted to help people. I miss him so much.

If anyone knows of a lawyer, or if there is a lawyer who is a member of the J4F Club, or lawyer in one of the States a member joined the club, then maybe they can contact them and get an idea of where we can go with this.

I have no doubt Carole is Lying ,, its easy just to deny any doings ... like her Husband Lying comes easy and to this point no punishment for doing so ... there was talk a while ago about talking with a solicitor to freeze their assets etc .. but nothing has come of it .. I also live out side of the States ... .. the son has not said boo ..like the rest of the family ... James jumped in here after Harold passed ..... and said he was taking care of things ....
i think it was to take the heat of Carole .. as he has gone awol ....
