Upgrade to Android SDK level 21 (Android 5.0 Lollipop)

I have upgraded the build process on dev to the latest Android version. 

You might have to run the maven-android-sdk-deployer to get the latest jars into your maven repository if you build with maven.

Oh and I thought I could wait a few days to confirm that all work well regarding new tools versions,
(avoid the issues we had at early summer upgrade)!

Reset it locally, if you want. Seems to work though.

I can confirm that Maven works fine.

Note that the proper command to install Lollipop with maven-android-sdk-deployer is:
mvn install -P 5.0

I pushed on dev an upgrade of the Android project build target too, to Android SDK 21 (5.0, Lollipop).
