Hi All,

Meet at Tastebuds at the hills Cafe 287 Mona Vale Road for 930 start. Can park in car park at back of cafe no restrictions.

Ride to Akuna Bay anticlockwise return via Mc Carrs creek Rd to Terry Hills. Ride out to Duffys Forest and return to Tastebuds via back roads for lunch.

Approx 35k lots of hills.

Will post by 0700 if weather issues.
